Add urad dal water in a bowl. Wash, drain and soak with water 1hour.

After 1hour, drain and add soaked urad dal to the blender with 1/4cup water and blend it smooth paste.

Next transfer into bowl. Then add Ragi flour, salt and 1cup water and mix it well. Cover and keep it aside for fermentation for 8hours or overnight.

After fermentation you are ready to use.

Heat dosa tawa on medium heat. Once hot, take a ladle full of batter and spread the dosa batter in a circular motion. Drizzle some oil and cook. Then flip the dosa and cook on another side.Then transfer into the plate.

Serve hot Ragi dosa with sambar or variety of chutney enjoy.
