Marinate pork with soy sauce, flour and egg white.

Mix well then form into a ball then set aside.

Slice tomatoe into small dice. Then pour water into a pot. Let it boil.

When it is boiling, add in onion, pork and tomatoe. Continue cooking until pork is cooked.

Beat eggs then slowly drop in sauce. Let it boil once more then cover and remove pot from flame.
