  1. 150 gmhorse gram
  2. 20 piecesGarlic
  3. 1 inchGinger
  4. 5-6green chiily
  5. 4onion
  6. 1 tbspRaw mango powder
  7. 4 tbspoil to cook
  8. 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  10. 1 1/2 tbspcoriander powder
  11. as requiredSalt to taste
  12. as requiredCoriander leaves to garnish

    Soak the horse gram daal for 2 hours. Remove water and grind it by adding ginger, 5 to 6 clove of garlic, and green chillies and 1teaspoon of salt.
    Grind it witout water and make a fine paste

    Take a pan and Grease it with little amount of oil. Now put that fine paste of daal into the pan and saute it until it convert into a dough form.

    Grease a plate and put the dough on it and spread the dough equally. Now cut them into pieces of any shape and deep fry it

    Make a fine paste of onion Garlic. Take a woke and add oil in it. Now put the onion garlic paste and mix all spices into it. Cook it well until oil get separated from it.

  5. 5

    Now add 2 glass of water and when it boils put that fried piece of horse gram after taking one boil.
    switch off the gas and serve it by garnish it with coriander leaves.
