In a Kadai heat oil as needed and shallow fry the cutlet till it is light brown in colour... Once it is done then transfer it to a serving plate...

Decorate with roasted walnuts and serve....Hot..hot.walnut cutlet.with tomato ketchup and with hot.tea...
