Wash rice, slice onion, make ginger, chili and coriander paste. In a pan add zeera, add onions sauté for 1 min add cashew add stir, add green paste then rice and garam masala, sauté for 2 min add 1 tsp ghee

Add 2 cup water and 1/2 cup coconut milk. Add salt and cook it in rice cooker

Adjust water according to quality of rice and consistency of coconut milk
