  11. 100 grmayonnaise
  12. 2lettuce🥬

  18. Marinate
  19. 1/2 tspsalt

Cara Membuat

    2 dory fish fillets, season (marinate) with 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, and 1/2 squeezed lemon. Let rest for 15-30 minutes

    French fries. Prepare cooking oil, pour it into a frying pan as deep as 6-8 cm. You can use fresh potatoes (or you can also use cut-fries that are sold frozen in supermarkets). If you use unprocessed potatoes: please see the recipe for potato wedges. If you use ready-to-fry cut-fries: just dip them in & cook them.. Over medium-high heat, heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry until done. Remove the potatoes, place them on a paper-towel to absorb excess oil

    As a complement: a slice of lemon & tartar sauce for dipping. Tartar sauce (if you want to make your own): mix 100 gr mayonnaise + juice from 1/4 lemon + 1/2 diced tomato + 1 tbsp dried parsley leaves. Stir well. Store in the fridge until it's time to serve.

    In a large bowl, mix flour + baking powder + salt + pepper + egg. Pour in the soda water, mix until it becomes a smooth & lumpy dough. Sprinkle the rice flour on a separate plate, then rub it on the marinated fish fillets. Do this for all the fillet pieces. Then put the fish fillets into the batter until the entire surface of the fish fillets is evenly covered

    Prepare a non-stick frying pan (Teflon) for frying the fillets. Gently place the fish fillets into the hot oil. Toss the fish fillets in the bubbling hot oil. Cook fish for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat until golden & cooked through. Enough 2-3 times fliped. Remove the cooked fish fillets, drain from the oil

    Fish and chips are delicious served hot. It is advisable to fry fish fillets and potatoes at the same time in separate pans.

    Serve the fish and chips with tartar sauce. If you like using chili sauce, serve the chili separately from the tartar sauce. Enjoy
