Soak semolina in 4-6 tablespoon of water for 15-20 minutes.

Take milk powder in a bowl. Add ghee and rub it well. Now add maida flour, baking powder, semolina mixture and mix together.

Then add milk as needed and knead a soft dough. Do not make a fine stiff dough. Cover the dough for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, grease your hands with ghee and make small balls from dough. - 4
For sugar syrup :-
Bring sugar and water to a boil in a large pot. Add crushed cardamom, lemon juice to it. Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the syrup thickens or is sticky texture. Set aside warm. - 5
Heat oil in a pan and fry jamuns on medium flame for 5 minutes. Slowly turn the jamun with a spoon. Fry the jamun till it turns golden brown in color.

Then take it out in a bowl and let it cool.
Then add them to sugar syrup. Keep aside for 2 to 4 hours for the jamuns to get soft - 7
