Methi matar masala

Heat 1 tsp oil and add garlic cloves, ginger, chopped onions and tomatoes

Roast this for 2-3 min.on a low flame 🔥 & keep aside to get cool down.Transfer this in the grinder jar and make paste

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai add this masala while adding little water and cook on low flame till oil separates.

Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt mix well then add curd and cook while stirring for 1-2 min.

Then add chopped methi and boiled matar combine covered and cooked on low flame.

When cooked properly transfer to a serving bowl garnish with chopped paneer and serve with butter roti enjoy 😋
