Steps

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Prepare 5 eggs, add white pepper powder. Mix evenly.

Heat up 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in the frying pan with medium-high heat.

Pour in the egg mixture.

Once it is almost solidified, break them into small pieces. Then remove from the frying pan and leave aside.

Heat up 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in the same frying pan with medium-high heat. Add the tomato. Saute till softened.

Add sugar to taste. (Optional)

Add the cooked egg.

Add water.

Add salt.

Let it simmer for about 2 minutes.

Ready to serve.
