Ingredients

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-30 mins

2-3 servings

1/4 cupAgar Agar
1/4 cupwater
2 cupswater
1/2 cupsugar
2-3 dropsorange food colour
Mint leaves and powdered sugar to garnish

Preparation time-10 mins, Cooking time-30 mins

In a bowl add Agar Agar and water slowly to mix well. Set aside

In a wok add water and bring it to heat on medium flame and don’t boil. Add sugar and mix well to dissolve. Set aside

Add to the Agar agar mix and mix well.

Add orange colour and mix well.

Pour into moulds and freeze for 15 mins. Demould

Plate and garnish with mint leaves and powdered sugar and watch your kids enjoy
