This snack is quite healthy and can be made quickly.

First, add the Maggi masala seasoning, salt, and 1 tablespoon oil to the flour. Using water, knead into a soft dough.

Roll out the dough into circles like tortillas. Use a fork to prick holes as shown in the picture so the muffins don't puff up. Place the dough circles into muffin molds and bake.

In a pan, dry roast the Maggi noodles until they are crispy.

Once the noodles are roasted, transfer them to a bowl and let them cool slightly. Add all the chopped vegetables and mix well. Add lemon juice, tomato ketchup, and the remaining Maggi masala seasoning on top, then mix again.

Fill the baked dough muffins with this mixture and serve.
