In a bowl sift together flour and baking powder, after that add your salt and sugar and mix thoroughly.

Add your margarine into the flour and Combine till the flour has changed colour.

Make a hole in the middle and add your milk and a little bit of water, keep mixing as you add the water bit by bit.

Mix until a dough is formed then knead it for five minutes and allow it to rest and loosen up.

In a pot, put your fish and all the seasoning cube, salt, powdered ginger and garlic, curry and thyme and water and allow the fish to boil.

After the fish is boiled, remove the bones and mash it with your clean hands or fork. Then after this you might want to add dry or fresh pepper to it depending on your taste.

Flour your surface and bring out the resting dough from the bowl, cut it into different equal parts and bring to roll out the cut parts with a rolling pin.

Roll out your dough and add your fish mixture to one end of your rolled dough and roll it to the other end, and use water to seal the tip so that it wouldn't unravel. Repeat this process till everything is complete.

In a frying pan, add oil and heat up in a medium heat, once it is hot enough, reduce it to low and add in your fish rolls, fry until it is golden brown and bring it out of the oil and allow it to drain and cool.

Serve your fish rolls and enjoy.
