Dredge the pork slices in flour, then fill each slice with ham and provolone cheese.

Secure each roll with a toothpick. Repeat for all the pork slices.

Pour some olive oil into a skillet and brown the pork rolls.

In another skillet, add the diced vegetables for sautéing with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Sauté, then add the peas and let them cook for flavor. Add about 1/4 cup water and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Add the pork rolls to the peas, pour in 2/3 cup water (about 150 grams), and cook for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with the peas as a side.
