#JS Healthy and nutritious snack for any time or anyone. Tikki is very much popular in our evening snacks, but if it is healthy & oil free then it good . Easy to prepare & very much tasty.

Boil Potato grate & mix sprouts & capsicum in it. Now add all dry spices & chaana atta. Mix them very well.

Now make tikki from this mixture. We can make it in collective quantity.

Take non-stick tawa, grease it some drops of oil. Now roast tikki on mid flame. Change the side after roast proper. Add some drops oil on the other side.

When it proper roast took it into a plate. Garnish it with cream & vinegar onion. Green mint chutney is also make it more delicious.
