  1. 3-4roasted red paprika pepper
  2. 2-3 cupsTurkish/Greek yoghurt
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 teaspoonpul biber/cayenne/red paprika pepper
  6. 1 teaspoonmint
  7. 2-3 tablespoonsolive oil

    Roast the red peppers on the stove or in the oven, peel and cut into cubes. Or you can also buy roasted peppers.

    Mix the yoghurt, crushed garlic and salt.
