  • 3-4roasted red paprika pepper
  • 2-3 cupsTurkish/Greek yoghurt
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonpul biber/cayenne/red paprika pepper
  • 1 teaspoonmint
  • 2-3 tablespoonsolive oil

    Roast the red peppers on the stove or in the oven, peel and cut into cubes. Or you can also buy roasted peppers.

  2. 2

    Mix the yoghurt, crushed garlic and salt.
