金銀蛋時菜 Vegetables with salted and preserved eggs

1. 把蛋的表面抹乾淨才弄破,用剪刀把蛋切丁clean the surfaces of the eggs before breaking. Cut the eggs into pieces with scissors

2. 先用油爆香蒜頭,加水及蛋。當水煮開後,把咸蛋白弄散。pan fried garlic, then add in water and the eggs. Separate the salted egg white once the water is boiled
3. 放入菜煮5分鐘或熟透。Add in the veggies to cook 5 mins or until cooked.
4. 加少許鹽及糖,試味及如有需要再調整。Add salt and sugar, then taste and adjust the flavours.
