Take a bowl add jowar flour gradually add water as required to gather the crumbs of flour via spoon as the water is hot then pop it on a kneading mat message it using your palm until it’s smooth dough divide 2 parts roll the balls sprinkle flour generously and spread roti using palms & finger tips

On a completely hot wok add the jowar roti and apply water immediately on top of roti brush it evenly to avoid cracks let it cook for a minute then flip it now cook it on medium flame burner until it’s fully cooked and puffed no need to press it it will cook on its own.

Serve the hot jowar rotis with egg burji & any curry gravy..!
