Multi grain Fettuccini pasta
Steps

Mix flour, semolina, salt add oil and mix it well. Then add water to make a dough.
Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes. - 2
Now sprinkle some flour on a flat surface and roll out the dough like chapati.
Fold it and cut into strips like Fettuccini pasta.
Cook in boiling salted water for about 4-5 minutes. Add oil to avoid stickiness
Than drain it. - 3
Now put some oil in pan and saute for a minute garlic paste, onion, tomato puree,capsicum and then add chilli flakes, oregano and little tomato catch up and finally add Fettuccini pasta. Mix it well and serve.
