Steps

Stuffing :In a pan take oil, add cumin seeds & when they splutter add spring onions & green chillies.Saute.

Add mashed potatoes, ginger-chilli paste & tandoori masala. Mix & cook for a minute. Add coriander & remove in a bowl. Make a big ball of the stuffing.

Knead the dough.Take 1 portion of the dough & roll to the size of a big puri. Put the stuffing ball in the centre & bring the ends together and close in a big ball.

Roll big & thick paratha, dry on both the sides first, than put butter & cook till crisp on both the sides.Serve with fresh curds.

Note : This paratha is fully loaded with butter / clarified butter/ oil hence a very heavy paratha.One cannot generally eat more than 1 paratha.
