Roast the quinoa on low heat for five to seven minutes and let it cool. Now grind it into a powder with a grinder. Mix the quinoa flour and all the ingredients in a big bowl.

To make the dough, add oil and water to the bowl and knead the flour. Apply two to three drops of oil on the dough and let it sit for twenty minutes.

Now pinch equal sized dough balls. roll each baall to make Puri.

Fry Puries both the sides until they turn golden brown.

Now take off fried Puries from fry Pan and serve in a plate with curd, sauce and chutney.
