Crack eggs and add salt then beat it.

Add oil in a pan and scramble the eggs.Then set aside.

In same pan add oil tjen stir fry bitter gourd.Add salt and a little water.Mix and cover until half done.

Then add in egg and mix it well.Cook a while then serve.
