Crack and beat eggs,add spring onion.Mix well then set aside.

Heat pan then add oil.Pan fry the minced fish,form it into round shape.Fry it until golden brown.

Then slowly pour half of the egg mixtute under the minced fish.

Then flip the other side and pour the remaining egg mixture.

Slowly cook until the egg is cook.Serve
