Wash and cut all the vegetables and meat into pieces and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot, add the onion and stir-fry, then add the carrot and daikon radish and bring to a boil. Add the beef brisket (you can stir-fry the meat first to enhance the flavor).

Skim off any foam, add the tomatoes, pour in the soy sauce, and add a pinch of sugar to taste.

Cover and simmer for about half an hour until the ingredients are soft.
