First, roast the sago on a very low flame for about 10 minutes. Then, when it cools down, crush it very fine in a mixer and sieve it and keep it aside.sago flour is ready.

Now take cream in a pan and heat it. When it gets hot, add milk to it. As the mixture thickens a little, add sugar and stir well. When sugar dissolves keep it aside for a minute or so.

Now take ghee in another pan and put sago flour in it and fry it again for 2-3 minutes. After a minute or so in between, add cashew pieces and chopped almonds. Now add the creamy mixture to it and stir it on low flame When it turns thick, pour it in a plate greased with ghee.

Garnish with cardamom seeds and pistachio slices and let it cool for 2 hours. Then slice it and serve.
