Appam From Leftover Khichdi

Steps

Take leftover Khichdi in a bowl.
Add semolina and other masala along with curd and fresh coriander.
Mix well and give rest for 10 minutes
After resting the mixture,add eno and liter water and mix thoroughly. - 2
Heat and grease the appe pan.
Add one tbsp of mixture in each compartment.
Cover the pan and roast until the down part becomes light brown.
Then turn the appam, add little oil and roast other side on slow flame. - 3
When appam is roasted on both sides, remove with the spoon, and serve with green chutney..
