Yummy Ragda Pettice..
Steps

For Ragda Gravy.. Sock dry green peas in hot water for at least 6 Hours, then pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
In the meantime chop the onion tomato and crush chilli,garlic and ginger. - 2
In a pan add oil,Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, Bay leaf, cinnamon stick and kasuri methi..
Now add onion followed by tomato chunk together with chilli garlic ginger paste and salt, sauté well till oil release.
Now add chilli coriander and turmeric powder,garam masala,mix well, add little water to not burn masala.
Lastly add boiled peas,more water and chopped coriander.
Let it boil perfectly,and then add Lemon juice and switch off the gas.
Ragda Gravy is done.Transfer in the bowl, sprinkle coriander. - 3
Now it's time to Make a Pettice..
Wash and steam boil the potatoes.let it cool completely,then peel the skin and mash them.
In the meantime grind the puffed rice to make powder form.
Add salt, chopped coriander, puffed rice Powder,chilli garlic ginger paste,red chilli powder.
Combine all and make a dough form.give rest for 10 minutes. - 4
After resting, Make an equal size of Pettice with the help of the mold.
Then deep fry them till light brown.
Remove Petties from the oil and put them on kitchen paper to absorb extra oil. - 5
Now Serving Time..
Put Ragda Gravy in a deep dish.
Add two Pettice along with sev,both the chutney and chopped onions, sprinkle fresh coriander.
Put the extra Ragda Gravy bowl, more Petties,both the chutney,sev and chopped onions for second helping..
Yummy Ragda Pettice is ready..
