Ingredients

  1. 1katori besan
  2. 1katori suji
  3. 3/4katori curd
  4. Pinchhing
  5. As required salt
  6. 1 tbspsugar
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. 2 tspginger chilli paste
  9. As required water
  10. 1 packetEno
  11. For Tadka
  12. 2 tspoil
  13. 1 tspsmall mustard seeds
  14. 1 tspsesame seeds
  15. Red chilli powder
  16. Coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Now take bowl add besan and suji and curd mix it. Then add1 tsp oil turmeric powder sugar and paste and mix it. together very well.

    Then add slowly slowly water in this mixture and make smooth batter. Then in last add salt and eno mix it together given rest for 15 minutes.

    Now take steamer add water in this and heat it after then take one plate grease them with few drop oil and pour your dhokla batter in plate and tap this. Now steam the dhokla into medium low heat for 15,minutes.

    For make dhokla tadka take a pan add oil mustard seeds and sesame seeds hing till. Pour it over the dhokla and cut into pieces.

    Now your delicious lunch box recipe is ready to serve.
