Steps

Scrape the skin.
Cut in a round shape.
Add salt, mix it and leave it for 10 minutes. - 2
After resting,rub nicely,
remove the salty water and wash it.
Now add oil in a pan add Cumin seeds and asafoetida.
Then add bitter Melon,mix with oil and cover the pan.
Let it cook on slow flame.
Stir in-between.(Do not add water) - 3
When the Subji is nearly done,
Add chilli coriander and turmeric powder.mix it.
Cover with lid till it is done completely. - 4
Switch off the flame.
Transfer in the bowl.
Enjoy the subji with chapati or bread.
