First cut the baby corn into half. Heat a kadai add water with little salt. Boil the corn lightly. Do not over cook. Strain the water and keep the baby corn aside.

Take a bowl add corn starch, maida, salt, black pepper powder and add water little by little, mix it properly, corn starch slurry is ready. Then dip the boiled baby corn into the corn starch slurry and roll in bread crumbs, and repeat one more time, keep aside.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai drop in each baby corn in the hot oil and deep fry on low heat till golden brown and crisp and drain on an absorbent paper. Baby corn fritters are ready.
