This is a dish I often ate when I was in America. It's super easy and delicious! Enjoy eating it while getting your hands and mouth messy.^^
The origin of this recipe: I often had it for lunch when I was in America. At first, I thought, "What kind of dish is this with a name like a person's!?" But it turned out to be delicious! At my house, we sometimes added pizza cheese. There are canned Sloppy Joes (just add to the meat), but since I couldn't find them here, I made it with BBQ sauce instead.

Cooking Instructions

Cook the ground beef. Once cooked, blot any excess oil with a paper towel.

Add the BBQ sauce and simmer lightly.

Cut the buns in half and stuff them with the mixture until it's overflowing. Serve with potato chips.

Anyway, I tried the recipe with my family, and it's quick, super easy and delicious. It goes really well on the Soft Pretzel Buns. To keep the cooking to a minimum, serve it with a fresh garden salad.
