Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 500 gparsnips peeled and chopped
  2. 1small white onion chopped
  3. 1 tinCanelloni beans
  4. 1vegetable stock pot
  5. 1 1/2 pintswater
  6. 4sage leaves
  7. to tastesalt and white pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Lightly fry onions in a large saucepan

  2. 2

    Add parsnips and cook for 2 minutes

  3. 3

    Add beans, stock and water and sage

  4. 4

    Cook for 20 minutes then blend until smooth
