Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 1 piecepork cutlet
  2. 1/2small leek (or onion)
  3. 2 tablespoons○mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
  4. 1/3 cup○water (70 ml)
  5. 1 teaspoon○soy sauce
  6. 1 teaspoon○sugar
  7. 1 tablespoon○sake
  8. 1 tablespoon○mirin
  9. 2eggs
