Ingredients

  1. 200–300g lean pork loin, thinly sliced
  2. 200–300g potatoes (peeled)
  3. 2–3 green bell peppers
  4. 1 tablespoon★ sake
  5. 1/2 tablespoon★ soy sauce
  6. 1 pinch★ pepper
  7. 2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  8. as neededOlive oil,

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the potatoes and bell peppers into thin strips.

    Cut the meat. Divide into 4–5 pieces, then slice thinly along the grain. Place in a bowl and massage with the ★ ingredients.

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the meat from step 2, then remove it from the pan.

    If there's not enough oil, add more olive oil and stir-fry the potatoes. Add the bell peppers and sprinkle with sake (not listed in ingredients) and stir-fry until tender.
