Slice the chicken breast into pieces about 1/4 inch thick and pat dry.

Lightly coat the sliced chicken breast with the fried chicken mix, shaking off any excess.

Roll up the coated chicken breast slices from one end and secure with a toothpick.

Place the rolls in an air fryer lined with parchment paper and drizzle a little sesame oil on each.

Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes until done.

I used this particular fried chicken mix. It's meant to be mixed with water, but I used it dry.
