One of my favourite recipe I like to share with you all. I miss my father so much , he like this shrikhand very much .Whenever any guest comes to our house or our relatives come we have shrikhand as one of the sweets .This is very simple sweet made with curd and sugar . It can be eaten with puri or phulkas.

One of my favourite recipe I like to share with you all. I miss my father so much , he like this shrikhand very much .Whenever any guest comes to our house or our relatives come we have shrikhand as one of the sweets .This is very simple sweet made with curd and sugar . It can be eaten with puri or phulkas.
Steps

Take curd in muslin cloth and tie tightly and hung it.Let all the water drain from the curd.Leave it for 4-5 hours.

Remove the hung curd into bowl.

Grind sugar along with cardamon pods to make fine powder.

Tie muslin cloth to a round vessel.Then add 1 spoon of curd and 1 spoon of sugar powder.

With help of spoon beat the sugar and curd mixture nicely.Beat till all the mixture turn smooth and will collect in the bowl.We can use hand also to beat the mixture.

Then continue this process with the remaining curd and sugar powder.

Keep this shrikhand in fridge for 2 hours and serve chill.
