  3. 1/2 cupcooked rice (about 120 grams)
  4. as neededLettuce,
  5. as neededDried parsley,

    Wrap the cooked rice with the egg to make an omelet.

    Pour the leftover curry over the omelet.

    Serve with lettuce on the side.
