  • 1 cupfresh curds
  • 1 cupchilled milk
  • Sugar to taste (optional) (I didn't add)

    Peel & remove the seeds from muskmelon. Chop roughly.

    Take muskmelon, fresh curds & chilled milk in a mixer jar. Blend till smooth.
