Cooking Instructions

Fully dissolve the sugar and salt in water

Place on the stove and heat to until 230°F. Then Remove from heat

Add in the heavy cream, and mix until uniform
- 4
Add the butter and mix vigorously until incorporated
- 5
Transfer to a heatsafe container and refrigerate overnight
