This recipe is a delicious and healthy pasta dish that comes together in under 30 minutes.

Heat the oil: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Sauté the garlic: Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Simmer the tomatoes: Pour in the diced tomatoes with their juices. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly. Cook with the lid on.

Steam the broccoli: Add the broccoli florets to the pan on top of the tomatoes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cover the pan and simmer over low heat for 10-12 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender-crisp and bright green.

Cook the pasta: cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.

Combine the mix with the pasta and enjoy! Optionally, add some grana padano if desired.
