Ingredients

2-4 people
  1. 1 lbschicken thigh
  2. 2 Tbspsugar
  3. 2 Tbspsyoyu
  4. 2 Tbspmirin
  5. 2 Tbspsake
  6. Sesame oil or olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut chicken thigh into small pieces

  2. 2

    In a jar, mix sugar, shoyu, mirin and sake

  3. 3

    Heat frying pan, add sesame oil and sauté until almost cooked

  4. 4

    Add sauce and keep heating for 2-3 minutes till sauce becomes soupy, shiny

  5. 5

    Enjoy!!

    Next day, for Bento Box
