Ingredients

10 glasses
  • 1 small bunch of mint leaves clean & washed
  • 2lemon 🍋 juice
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack salt
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1/2 tspjeera powder
  • 4-5 tbspcrushed mishri / sugar
  • 1/2 inchginger 🫚 piece
  • 1/2 green chili don’t take spicy one
  • 750 mlwater 💦
  • Ice cubes 🧊

5 Minutes

    In blender jar add mint ginger 🫚,green,chili,lemon & spices; add little water & crushed it

    Add mishri / sugar & blend it again remove it add water & ice cubes stir it check the seasoning & sieve it

    Rim the glasses & serve chilled
    ; you can fill bottle & store in refrigerator for a week ; if you want you can add soaked chia seeds.you can add 1-1 ice cubes in glasses also
    Very good for digestion
