Ingredients

  1. 100 gmkuttu aata
  2. 2boil potato
  3. Green chilly fine chopped/paste
  4. to tasteRock salt
  5. 2/3 teaspoonGreen chutney
  6. 50 gmfresh coriender + 15mint leave+1enchginger+2/3green chilly+1/2tsp roasted jeera powder+1-2lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl take kuttu aata, add green chutney, rock salt and green chili.

    As per requirement add water

    Add in the mashed potato to the batter.

    Mix together.

    Heat oil in a pan, add some pakodis for deep frying
