  • 2 litresfull fat boiled Milk
  • 5-6 tbspHoney or Sugar to taste
  • 2Hass Avocados
  • 3 tbspAlmond Gum or Gond Katira (soaked)

    Wash and cut the avocados into two halves. Scoop out the creamy flesh. Discard the pith.

    Also soak gond katira or the almond gum in a cup of water overnight in a refrigerator with a lid on. It takes a minimum of 6 hours to form a soft jelly like texture. Add this to a blender jar along with the rest of the ingredients as mentioned. Blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes until done.
