White Peas Curry

Take dry white peas and soaked it overnight. Next day add pinch of salt and 3 cups of water into white peas and cook white peas in cooker upto 5 whistles.

Take a Kadai, add oil in it. When oil gets heated add mustard seeds to it. When it gets cracked, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and crushed Garlic cloves to it.

After that add chopped tomato and saute. When tomato is cooked well add kitchen king masala and coriander powder to it and mix well.

Then add cooked white peas and mix all the ingredients well. Add some water and salt and bring to a boil.

Now your white peas curry is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with roti or bread.
