I have never seen this vegetable before.. This vegetable is not available in tamilnadu.. It looks like bitter gourd.. How does it taste? Your recipe is awesome..

The spini gourd is edible and soft inside with delicious taste and flavour. While working in Dharwad, Karnataka, I found in sambar. This is plenty in Odisha in monsoon season and being cultivated. This veggie has a lot of health benefits. Thanks 🤩

@FoodTalking Thank you so much for your answer... Koyambedu Wholesale Market Complex (KWMC) is one of Asia's largest perishable goods market complex located at Koyambedu, Chennai... I have never seen this vegetable even in this market.. When I get time I usually go to this market and buy vegetables.. After this I will ask and see..
