300 gspinach
400 gchicken breast
1large onion
3garlic cloves
300 gpotatoes
2 cubeschicken stock
30 gParmesan
300 mlsingle cream

Fry chopped onion and grated garlic until soft

Add potatoes and 450ml of chicken stock

Simmer for 20min

Add another 450ml of chicken stock and spinach. Simmer for 5min

Blend

Boil / air fry chicken breast

Shred chicken into strips and add to blended mixture
8

Add single cream
9

Serve with Parmesan and some pepper
