Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupmayonnaise (60g)
  2. 1/4 cupsour cream (60g)
  3. 1 tspfresh lemon juice or white vinegar
  4. 1/4 teaspoondried dill
  5. 1/4 teaspoondried parsley
  6. 1 pinchground black pepper
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1 pinchsmoked paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
  9. 2 tbspbuttermilk milk (more or less for desired consistency)

Cooking Instructions

    In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.

    Add the dried dill, parsley, pepper, salt, and paprika. Stir well to combine.

    Slowly add the buttermilk, a little at a time, until you reach your preferred consistency. Thicker ranch is better for dipping; thinner ranch is great for drizzling on nachos.

    Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

    Let the ranch chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
