Heat the oil in a pot, add the sliced mushrooms, and sauté over low heat for 5 minutes.

In another pot, melt the butter and stir in the flour until it turns golden. Add the milk and cooking cream, stirring for 2 minutes, then pour this mixture over the sautéed mushrooms.

Add salt and pepper, stir, and let it cook over low heat until it just starts to boil. Turn off the heat immediately.

Serve the mushroom soup hot and enjoy!

Important note for cleaning fresh mushrooms: First, wipe them with a clean paper towel, then rinse quickly with water and dry well. Mushrooms are spongy, so if you wash them first, they can absorb dirt and water like a sponge.
