Wash the raw fish, remove the intestines and cut into pieces and put aside for deep frying.

After deep frying them they should look like this.

Then put oil in a cooking pot and heat a little and add onions. Then saute for a few minutes until golden brown. Then add tomatoes and cover for 3 minutes.

After the tomatoes have soften, stir to mix. then add the chopped pilipili hoho and add half cup of water for the soup.

Let the soup cook for 3 minutes and then add 1 tsp of Royco and Stir. Then add the dried fish and cover, let it simmer for 5 minutes and turn the fish slowly, then cover again for 3 minutes.

Serve with Ugali
