Assemble ingredients

Choo apple into small small cubes. Grind into a smooth paste.

Take a pan add the apple paste + 2 tbsp water and start cooking under medium flame by adding salt.

Cook till moisture evaporates and mixture starts thickening. Add Sugar and cook more till sugar melts well and incorporat well with Apple mixture.

Cook till mixture thickens and turns smooth. Switch off flame. Add lemon juice and stir well. Allow to cool and Apple jam is done.

Pair with Bread and enjoy.
